Maryland High School Volleyball - John Carroll can't get by Gerstell Academy
October 23, 2025: Bel Air, MD 21015 Gerstell Academy (Finksburg, MD) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host John Carroll Patriots (Bel Air, MD), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Gerstell Academy advances its record to 4-1 on the season. The travel to Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD) to play the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Sunday, October 26. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 9-5. Glenelg Country won 3-2 in their recent non-league outing against St. Mary's (Annapolis, MD)
With the loss, John Carroll drops to 3-2 on the campaign.
