California High School Volleyball - Lakewood can't get by Providence
October 23, 2025: Lakewood, CA 90713 Providence Pioneers (Burbank, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad edge the host Lakewood Lancers (Lakewood, CA), 3-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Providence advances its record to 22-12 on the season. The Pioneers travel to Wiseburn- Da Vinci (El Segundo, CA) to face the Wolves in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 29. The Wolves come into the outing with a record of 18-15. Wiseburn- Da Vinci won 3-1 in their recent non-league outing against Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA)
With the loss, Lakewood drops to 10-23 on the campaign.
