Washington High School Volleyball - Sumner can't hold off Bethel
October 24, 2022: Sumner, WA 98390 In Monday's league battle, the visiting Bethel Bison volleyball team scored a tight 3-2 triumph over the Sumner Spartans.
The Bison (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Bellarmine Prep (Tacoma, WA). The Lions come into the 4A South Puget Sound battle with a 9-8 record. In their last battle, Bellarmine Prep was edged by Curtis (University Place, WA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Spartans clash with the Rogers Rams (Puyallup, WA) in a 4A South Puget Sound battle, on Tuesday, October 25. Sumner will attempt to advance on its 0-14 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 4-11 record after their 3-0 league loss to Olympia (Olympia, WA).
