Ohio High School Soccer - Fairview held off by Independence
October 24, 2023: Fairview Park, OH 44126 The Independence Blue Devils held off the host Fairview Warriors soccer squad by a margin of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league match.
The Blue Devils now sport a 12-6 record. They play next when they host Rootstown for a non-league match on Saturday, October 28. Independence will encounter a Rovers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Lake Center Christian (Hartville, OH). The Rovers record now stands at 11-7.
With the loss, Fairview drops to 7-10 on the season.
