California High School Football - Turlock Christian can't hold off Laton
October 24, 2024: Turlock, CA 95381 Laton Mustangs (Laton, CA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team tip the host Turlock Christian Eagles (Turlock, CA), 2-0 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Laton advances its record to 8-0 on the season. The Mustangs host Kings Christian (Lemoore, CA) to play the Crusaders in a East Sierra (8 Man) battle on Friday, November 1. The Crusaders go into the battle with a record of 2-3. Kings Christian lost 38-24 in their recent league battle against Alpaugh (Alpaugh, CA)
The Eagles now own a 0-9 record. They play next when they host Kern Resource Center for a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. Turlock Christian will play a Warriors team coming off a 56-16 non-league loss to Lighthouse Christian (Santa Monica, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 3-6.
