October 24, 2024: Afton, TX 79220 Paducah Dragons (Paducah, TX) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team triumph over the host Patton Springs Rangers (Afton, TX), 58-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Paducah advances its record to 5-2 on the season. The Dragons host Motley County (Matador, TX) to play the Matadors in a 1A 6 Man 2 Region I District 2 (6 Man) battle on Friday, November 1. The Matadors go into the battle with a record of 8-0. Motley County won 62-7 in their recent league battle against Hedley (Hedley, TX)
The Rangers now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to McLean for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region I District 2 (6 Man) battle on Thursday, October 31. Patton Springs will play a Tigers team coming off a 51-6 league loss to Paducah (Paducah, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 3-5.
