The Valley View Eagles (Moreno Valley, CA) football tipped the visiting Poly Bears (Riverside, CA), 35-28 in Thursday's league outing.

The Eagles now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hillcrest for a Sunbelt outing on Friday, November 1. Valley View will clash with a Trojans squad coming off a 30-21 league loss to Rancho Christian (Temecula, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 5-4.

With the defeat, Poly drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Bears host Arlington (Riverside, CA) to clash with the Lions in a Sunbelt outing on Thursday, October 31. The Lions come into the outing with a record of 3-6. Arlington lost 48-7 in their recent league outing against Hemet (Hemet, CA)
