California High School Football - Costa Mesa loses to La Quinta
October 24, 2024: Westminster, CA 92683 La Quinta Aztecs (Westminster, CA) followers went home pleased Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Costa Mesa Mustangs (Costa Mesa, CA), 28-14 in a league battle.
With the win, La Quinta advances its record to 1-0 on the season. The Aztecs travel to Anaheim (Anaheim, CA) to encounter the Colonists in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 31. The Colonists go into the battle with a record of 1-6.
The Mustangs now own a 6-3 record. They play next when they host Loara for a battle on Friday, November 1. Costa Mesa will encounter a Saxons team coming off a 18-16 league win over Anaheim (Anaheim, CA). The Saxons record now stands at 1-1.
