Virginia High School Football - Staunton thwarted by Buffalo Gap
October 24, 2024: Staunton, VA 24401 Buffalo Gap Bison (Swoope, VA) followers went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Staunton Storm (Staunton, VA), 42-20 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Buffalo Gap advances its record to 8-1 on the season. The Bison host Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA) to play the Indians in a non-league battle on Thursday, November 7. The Indians go into the battle with a record of 3-4.
The Storm now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to Fort Defiance for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 31. Staunton will play a Indians team coming off a 22-15 non-league win over Wilson Memorial (Fishersville, VA). The Indians record now stands at 3-4.
