New York High School Football - Goshen Central tops Our Lady of Lourdes
October 24, 2024: Goshen, NY 10924 The Goshen Central Gladiators football squad scored 32 points and limited the visiting Our Lady of Lourdes Warriors to 24 in the Gladiators non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Gladiators now hold a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Port Jervis for a non-league test on Wednesday, October 30. Goshen Central will meet a Raiders squad coming off a 14-0 non-league win over Minisink Valley (Slate Hill, NY). The Raiders record now stands at 4-3.
With the defeat, Our Lady of Lourdes drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Newburgh Free Academy (Newburgh, NY) to meet the Goldbacks in a non-league test on Wednesday, October 30. The Goldbacks come into the test with a record of 4-4. Newburgh Free Academy lost 30-14 in their recent non-league test against Kingston (Kingston, NY)
