North Lincoln Knights (Lincolnton, NC) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 27-16 in a non-league battle.

With the win, North Lincoln improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Knights host East Lincoln (Denver, NC) to play the Mustangs in a non-league battle on Thursday, October 31. The Mustangs go into the battle with a record of 5-4. East Lincoln won 46-0 in their recent non-league battle against North Iredell (Olin, NC)

The Warriors now have a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to North Iredell for a non-league battle on Thursday, October 31. West Iredell will play a Raiders team coming off a 46-0 non-league loss to East Lincoln (Denver, NC). The Raiders record now stands at 1-8.
