Lutheran North Mustangs (Macomb, MI) boosters left the game thrilled Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad nudge the host Walled Lake Northern Knights (Commerce, MI), 2-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Lutheran North improves its record to 24-11 on the season. The Mustangs travel to Armada (Armada, MI) to face the Tigers in a non-league test on Monday, October 28. The Tigers go into the test with a record of 11-26. Armada lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Croswell-Lexington (Croswell, MI)

The Knights now own a 8-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Farmington for a non-league test on Thursday, October 24. Walled Lake Northern will face a Falcons squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Bay City Western (Auburn, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 6-17.
