The White Plains Wildcats football team (Anniston, AL), was crushed 51-6 in Friday's league bout with the host Anniston Bulldogs (Anniston, AL)

With the win, Anniston advances its record to 9-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Thursday, October 30. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Jacksonville lost 27-0 in their recent league contest against St. Clair County (Odenville, AL)

Coming up next, the Wildcats confront the Cleburne County Tigers (Heflin, AL) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, October 30. White Plains will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Tigers enter the contest with a 3-6 record after their 14-12 league loss to Bullock County (Union Springs, AL).
