The Newington Nor'easters football team (Newington, CT), dropped 24-7 in Friday's non-league bout with the visiting Berlin Redcoats (Berlin, CT)

With the win, Berlin advances its record to 6-0 on the season. The Redcoats host Enfield (Enfield, CT) to battle the Eagles in a Central Connecticut - Tier 2 contest on Thursday, October 30. The Eagles enter the contest with a record of 3-3. Enfield won 62-54 in their recent non-league contest against East Hartford (East Hartford, CT)

Coming up next, the Nor'easters battle the Edwin O. Smith Panthers (Storrs, CT) in a Central Connecticut - Tier 3 contest, on Thursday, October 30.
