The West Bridgewater Wildcats overwhelmed the visiting Bourne Canalmen football squad by a margin of 40-6 in Friday's league test.

The Wildcats now sport a 6-1 record. They take the field next when they host Carver for a non-league test on Thursday, October 30. West Bridgewater will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 53-14 league loss to Randolph (Randolph, MA). The Crusaders record now stands at 2-5.

The Canalmen (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Seekonk (Seekonk, MA). The Warriors enter the South Coast - Gold outing with a 3-4 record. In their last outing, Seekonk was overwhelmed by Case (Swansea, MA), 25-22, in a league outing.
