Washington High School Football - Ephrata nips Selah

The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Ephrata Tigers (Ephrata, WA) and the host Selah Vikings (Selah, WA), witnessed Ephrata's football squad edge Selah by a tally of 23-16.

The Tigers (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Grandview (Grandview, WA). The Greyhounds enter the 2A Central Washington contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Grandview was nudged by Tri-Cities Prep (Pasco, WA), 28-6, in a non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Vikings battle the Prosser Mustangs (Prosser, WA) in a 2A Central Washington bout, on Thursday, October 30. Selah will attempt to advance on its 5-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 5-3 record after their 53-15 league win over Ellensburg (Ellensburg, WA).
