The Legacy Lightning felled the visiting Erie Tigers football squad by a margin of 42-28 in Friday's league test.

The Lightning now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Vista PEAK Prep for a 5A Front Range - South test on Thursday, October 30. Legacy will meet a Bison squad coming off a 41-40 league win over Rangeview (Aurora, CO). The Bison record now stands at 4-5.

The Tigers (5-4) will now prepare for their test against Horizon (Thornton, CO). The Hawks come into the 5A Front Range - South test with a 1-8 record. In their last test, Horizon was defeated by Mullen (Denver, CO), 41-0, in a league test.
