The Greenwood Rangers football squad scored 56 points and limited the visiting Fort Stockton Panthers to 7 in the Rangers league triumph on Friday.

The Rangers now sport a 8-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Seminole for a 4A-2 Region I District 1 test on Friday, October 31. Greenwood will clash with a Indians squad coming off a 88-14 league win over Snyder (Snyder, TX). The Indians record now stands at 6-2.

With the defeat, Fort Stockton drops to 5-4 on the campaign. The Panthers host Monahans (Monahans, TX) to clash with the Loboes in a 4A-2 Region I District 1 test on Friday, October 31. The Loboes come into the test with a record of 1-7. Monahans lost 48-7 in their recent league test against Greenwood (Midland, TX)
