The High Point Christian Academy Cougars overwhelmed the host Hickory Grove Christian Lions football squad by a margin of 42-0 in Friday's league test.

The Cougars now sport a 9-0 record. They take the field next when they host Covenant Day for a NCISAA Big 6 test on Friday, October 31. High Point Christian Academy will meet a Lions squad coming off a 41-0 league loss to Asheville School (Independent) (Asheville, NC). The Lions record now stands at 2-7.
