The Jonesboro Cardinals (Jonesboro, GA) football trounced the host Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA), 49-14 in Friday's league outing.

The Cardinals now sport a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Starr's Mill for a AAAA Region 3 outing on Thursday, October 30. Jonesboro will clash with a Panthers squad coming off a 28-21 league win over Northside (Columbus, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 3-6.
