The Marlboro County Bulldogs football team (Bennettsville, SC), was crushed 49-14 in Friday's league contest with the host Loris Lions (Loris, SC)

The Lions (9-0) will now prepare for their contest against Aynor (Aynor, SC). The Blue Jackets enter the AAA Region 5 contest with a 3-6 record. In their last contest, Aynor crushed Georgetown (Georgetown, SC), 42-20, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bulldogs battle the Waccamaw Warriors (Pawley's Island, SC) in a AAA Region 5 contest, on Friday, October 31. Marlboro County will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Warriors enter the contest with a 6-3 record after their 41-17 league loss to Dillon (Dillon, SC).
