Texas High School Football - The Covenant Preparatory School can't hold off Second Baptist University-Model
October 24, 2025: Houston, TX 77024 Second Baptist University-Model Eagles (Houston, TX) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team tip the visiting The Covenant Preparatory School Knights (Kingwood, TX), 53-50 in a league test.
The Eagles now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Faith Academy for a TAPPS Six-Man Division III District 5 (6 Man) test on Friday, November 7.
With the defeat, The Covenant Preparatory School drops to 4-3 on the campaign. The Knights host Founders Christian (Spring, TX) to meet the Falcons in a TAPPS Six-Man Division III District 5 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 31. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 7-0. Founders Christian won 56-32 in their recent league challenge against Faith Academy (Bellville, TX)
