Iowa High School Football - South Tama County crushed by Van Meter
October 24, 2025: Tama, IA 52339 Van Meter Bulldogs (Van Meter, IA) boosters were content Friday as they observed their football squad smash the host South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), 45-6 in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bulldogs meet the Roland-Story Norsemen (Story City, IA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, October 31. Van Meter will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record. The Norsemen come into the test with a 7-2 record after their 28-14 non-league win over Anamosa (Anamosa, IA).
With the defeat, South Tama County drops to 5-4 on the campaign.
