The Valley View Tigers football team (Pharr, TX), was crushed 84-0 in Friday's league bout with the host Tuloso-Midway Warriors & Cherokees (Corpus Christi, TX)

With the win, Tuloso-Midway advances its record to 7-2 on the season. The Warriors & Cherokees travel to Zapata (Zapata, TX) to encounter the Hawks in a 4A-1 Region IV District 16 bout on Friday, November 7. The Hawks go into the bout with a record of 6-2.

The Tigers now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Zapata for a 4A-1 Region IV District 16 bout on Thursday, October 30. Valley View will encounter a Hawks team coming off a 27-3 league loss to Calallen (Corpus Christi, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 6-2.
