California High School Football - Torres tops Sunnyside
October 24, 2025: Madera, CA 93638 The Torres Toros football squad scored 22 points and limited the visiting Sunnyside Wildcats to 14 in the Toros league triumph on Friday.
The Toros now sport a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Madera South for a test on Thursday, October 30. Torres will meet a Stallions squad coming off a 40-0 league loss to McLane (Fresno, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 1-8.
With the defeat, Sunnyside drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Sanger West (Fresno, CA) to meet the Hornets in a test on Friday, October 31. The Hornets come into the test with a record of 2-4. Sanger West lost 17-6 in their recent league test against McLane (Fresno, CA)
