October 25, 2023: Pennsburg, PA 18073 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Holy Ghost Prep Firebirds (Bensalem, PA) and the host Upper Perkiomen Indians (Pennsburg, PA), saw Holy Ghost Prep's soccer squad get by Upper Perkiomen by a count of 3-2.
The Firebirds now hold a 9-9 record. They play next when they travel to Springfield Township for a non-league test on Tuesday, October 31. Holy Ghost Prep will meet a Spartans squad coming off a 0-0 non-league Cheltenham (Wyncote, PA). The Spartans record now stands at 15-1.
With the loss, Upper Perkiomen drops to 7-6 on the season.
