Maine High School Soccer - Temple Academy overwhelmed by Monmouth Academy
October 25, 2023: Waterville, ME The crowd at Wednesday's non-league test between the Monmouth Academy Mustangs (Monmouth, ME) and the host Temple Academy Bereans (Waterville, ME), saw Monmouth Academy's soccer squad triumph over Temple Academy by a count of 9-0.
The Mustangs now hold a 12-1 record. They play next when they travel to St. Dominic for a non-league test on Friday, October 27. Monmouth Academy will meet a Saints squad coming off a 1-0 non-league win over Buckfield (Buckfield, ME). The Saints record now stands at 5-9.
With the loss, Temple Academy drops to 4-11 on the season.
