October 25, 2023: Alma, GA 31510 Bacon County Raiders (Alma, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Trion Bulldogs (Trion, GA), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Raiders now sport a 23-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mount Vernon for a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 26. Bacon County will face a Mustangs squad coming off a 7-2 non-league win over Temple (Temple, GA). The Mustangs record now stands at 27-4.
With the loss, Trion falls to 15-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Temple (Temple, GA) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, October 26. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 14-11. Temple lost 7-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Mount Vernon (Atlanta, GA)
