Texas High School Football - Strake Jesuit tops Alief Taylor

The Strake Jesuit Fighting Crusaders football squad scored 54 points and limited the host Alief Taylor Lions to 39 in the Fighting Crusaders league triumph on Friday.

The Fighting Crusaders now hold a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Alief Hastings for a 6A Region III District 20 test on Friday, November 1. Strake Jesuit will meet a Bears squad coming off a 21-6 league loss to Foster (Richmond, TX). The Bears record now stands at 2-6.

With the defeat, Alief Taylor drops to 1-7 on the campaign. The Lions host George Ranch (Richmond, TX) to meet the Longhorns in a 6A Region III District 20 test on Friday, November 1. The Longhorns come into the test with a record of 2-6. George Ranch lost 66-7 in their recent league test against Fulshear (Fulshear, TX)
