Oklahoma High School Football - Mooreland nips Apache
October 25, 2024: Mooreland, OK 73852 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Mooreland Bearcats (Mooreland, OK) and the visiting Apache Warriors (Apache, OK), witnessed Mooreland's football squad edge Apache by a tally of 38-34.
The Bearcats (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Southwest Covenant (Yukon, OK). The Patriots enter the A-II District 1 contest with a 4-4 record. In their last contest, Southwest Covenant was nudged by Thomas-Fay-Custer (Thomas, OK), 34-20, in a league contest.
Coming up next, the Warriors battle the Cordell Blue Devils (Cordell, OK) in a A-II District 1 contest, on Friday, November 1. Apache will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Blue Devils enter the contest with a 0-8 record after their 65-0 league loss to Carnegie (Carnegie, OK).
