In Friday's league match, the host Austin Black Bears football squad scored a good 52-21 victory over the Grissom Tigers.

The Black Bears (9-0) will now prepare for their match against Muscle Shoals (Muscle Shoals, AL). The Trojans enter the non-league match with a 6-2 record. In their last match, Muscle Shoals thwarted Hartselle (Hartselle, AL), 29-28, in a league match.
