October 25, 2024: Hackensack, NJ 07601 The Hackensack Comets football squad scored 42 points and limited the visiting Barringer Blue Bears to 0 in the Comets non-league triumph on Friday.
The Comets now sport a 3-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Teaneck for a non-league test on Thursday, November 28. Hackensack will meet a Highwaymen squad coming off a 36-7 league win over Bergenfield (Bergenfield, NJ). The Highwaymen record now stands at 4-4.
With the defeat, Barringer drops to 0-8 on the campaign. The Blue bears travel to East Orange Campus (East Orange, NJ) to meet the Jaguars in a Super - Freedom Red test on Thursday, November 28. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 6-2. East Orange Campus won 47-18 in their recent non-league test against Clifton (Clifton, NJ)
