October 25, 2024: Brookesmith, TX 76827 The Rochelle Hornets football squad scored 54 points and limited the host Brookesmith Mustangs to 16 in the Hornets league triumph on Friday.
The Hornets now sport a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Richland Springs for a 1A 6 Man 2 Region IV District 15 (6 Man) test on Friday, November 1. Rochelle will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Panther Creek (Valera, TX). The Coyotes record now stands at 9-0.
With the defeat, Brookesmith drops to 4-4 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Lohn (Lohn, TX) to clash with the Eagles in a 1A 6 Man 2 Region IV District 15 (6 Man) test on Friday, November 1. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-3. Lohn lost 52-0 in their recent league test against Rochelle (Rochelle, TX)
