Washington, DC High School Football - Jackson-Reed loses to Coolidge
October 25, 2024: Washington, DC 20011 Coolidge Colts (Washington, DC) followers went home pleased Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Jackson-Reed Tigers (Washington, DC), 22-13 in a league battle.
With the win, Coolidge advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Colts travel to Roosevelt (Washington, DC) to play the Roughriders in a DCIAA - Stars battle on Thursday, October 31. The Roughriders go into the battle with a record of 6-2. Roosevelt lost 21-14 in their recent league battle against Dunbar (Washington, DC)
The Tigers now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Ballou for a DCIAA - Stars battle on Thursday, October 31. Jackson-Reed will play a Knights team coming off a 40-15 league loss to Eastern (Washington, DC). The Knights record now stands at 0-8.
