Kentucky High School Football - Mason County crushed by Covington Catholic
October 25, 2024: Park Hills, KY 41011 Covington Catholic Colonels (Park Hills, KY) followers went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team triumph over the visiting Mason County Royals (Maysville, KY), 49-0 in a league battle.
With the win, Covington Catholic advances its record to 7-3 on the season. The Colonels travel to Campbell County (Alexandria, KY) to play the Camels in a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. The Camels go into the battle with a record of 2-7. Campbell County lost 60-25 in their recent league battle against Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY)
The Royals now own a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Lawrence County for a non-league battle on Friday, November 1. Mason County will play a Bulldogs team coming off a 42-20 non-league loss to Boyd County (Ashland, KY). The Bulldogs record now stands at 6-3.
