The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Red Lion Christian Academy Lions (Bear, DE) and the visiting Delcastle Technical Cougars (Wilmington, DE), witnessed Red Lion Christian Academy's football squad wallop Delcastle Technical by a tally of 35-0.

The Lions (6-2) will now prepare for their contest against Newark (Newark, DE). The Yellowjackets enter the 2A District 1 contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, Newark was trounced by Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE), 42-0, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Cougars battle the Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) in a 2A District 1 contest, on Saturday, November 2. Delcastle Technical will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Raiders come into the outing with a 0-8 record after their 42-0 league loss to Caravel (Bear, DE).
