In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Fort Hill Sentinels football squad scored a decisive 61-6 triumph over the Smithsburg Leopards.

The Sentinels (6-2) will now prepare for their match against Allegany (Cumberland, MD). The Campers come into the Western Maryland match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Allegany routed Northern Garrett (Accident, MD), 34-23, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Leopards confront the Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD) in a Washington County match, on Friday, November 1. Smithsburg will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record.
