Tennessee High School Football - Lewis County falls to Summertown
October 25, 2024: Hohenwald, TN 38462 The Summertown Eagles felled the host Lewis County Panthers football team by a score of 35-18 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles face the East Hickman County Eagles (Lyles, TN) in a 2A Region 5 challenge, on Thursday, October 31. Summertown will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 8-1 record after their 43-6 league win over Harpeth (Kingston Springs, TN).
The Panthers (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Waverly Central (Waverly, TN). The Tigers go into the 2A Region 5 challenge with a 0-9 record. In their last challenge, Waverly Central lost by Loretto (Loretto, TN), 42-13, in a league challenge.
