In Friday's league game, the Menlo-Atherton Bears (Atherton, CA) football team overcame the visiting Palo Alto Vikings (Palo Alto, CA), by a tally of 27-13.

In their next game, the Bears face the Sacred Heart Prep Gators (Atherton, CA) in a Peninsula - Bay game, on Saturday, November 2. Menlo-Atherton will attempt to better on its 6-2 season record. The Gators enter the game with a 3-5 record after their 35-7 league loss to Wilcox (Santa Clara, CA).
