October 25, 2024: Summersville, WV 26651 The Shady Spring Tigers got by the host Nicholas County Grizzlies football team by a score of 27-21 in Friday's league challenge.
In their next game, the Tigers face the WestSide Renegades (Clear Fork, WV) in a Coalfield AA challenge, on Friday, November 1. Shady Spring will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Renegades go into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 62-12 non-league loss to Tug Valley (Williamson, WV).
The Grizzlies (5-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ripley (Ripley, WV). The Vikings go into the Cardinal challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Ripley nipped Wayne (Wayne, WV), 35-26, in a non-league challenge.
