October 25, 2024: Ontario, OR 97914 The Pendleton/Nixyaawii Community Buckaroos football squad scored 46 points and limited the host Ontario Tigers to 20 in the Buckaroos league triumph on Friday.
The Buckaroos now sport a 4-4 record. They take the field next when they host La Grande for a 4A Special District 5 test on Friday, November 1. Pendleton/Nixyaawii Community will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 33-6 league loss to Crook County (Prineville, OR). The Tigers record now stands at 5-3.
With the defeat, Ontario drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to The Dalles (The Dalles, OR) to meet the Riverhawks in a non-league test on Friday, November 1. The Riverhawks come into the test with a record of 3-5. The Dalles lost 25-14 in their recent league test against Molalla (Molalla, OR)
