October 25, 2024: Beckley, WV 25801 The Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles football squad (Beckley, WV), was knocked off 33-17 in Friday's non-league outing with the visiting Spring Valley Timberwolves (Huntington, WV)
The Timberwolves now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host South Charleston for a Mountain State outing on Friday, November 1. Spring Valley will clash with a Black Eagles squad coming off a 52-0 league loss to Cabell Midland (Ona, WV). The Black Eagles record now stands at 0-8.
With the defeat, Woodrow Wilson drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Flying eagles travel to Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV) to clash with the Red Devils in a Coalfield AA outing on Friday, November 1. The Red Devils come into the outing with a record of 7-1. Oak Hill won 21-0 in their recent league outing against Bluefield (Bluefield, WV)
