California High School Football - Dos Pueblos thwarted by Fillmore
October 25, 2024: Goleta, CA 93117 Fillmore Flashes (Fillmore, CA) fans went home in high spirits Friday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Dos Pueblos Chargers (Goleta, CA), 19-10 in a league battle.
With the win, Fillmore improves its record to 6-3 on the season. The Flashes host Santa Paula (Santa Paula, CA) to play the Cardinals in a battle on Friday, November 1. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 6-2. Santa Paula won 40-6 in their recent league battle against Hueneme (Oxnard, CA)
The Chargers now have a 1-6 record. They play next when they host San Marcos for a battle on Thursday, October 31. Dos Pueblos will play a Royals team coming off a 9-6 league loss to Agoura (Agoura, CA). The Royals record now stands at 5-5.
