October 25, 2024: Sonora, CA 95370 The Sonora Wildcats got by the visiting East Union Lancers football team by a score of 21-20 in Friday's non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Wildcats face the Ripon Christian Knights (Ripon, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, November 1. Sonora will attempt to improve on its 7-2 season record. The Knights go into the challenge with a 7-2 record after their 34-0 league win over Orestimba (Newman, CA).
The Lancers (4-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Mountain House (Mountain House, CA). The Mustangs go into the challenge with a 4-5 record. In their last challenge, Mountain House was edged by Central Catholic (Modesto, CA), 43-6, in a league challenge.
