October 25, 2024: Sultan, WA 98294 Fans at Friday's non-league contest between the Sultan Turks (Sultan, WA) and the visiting Mount Vernon Christian Hurricanes (Mount Vernon, WA), witnessed Sultan's volleyball team gain a win over Mount Vernon Christian by a margin of 3-1.
The Turks now possess a 9-5 record. They play next when they travel to Inglemoor for a non-league bout on Monday, October 28. Sultan will clash with a Vikings team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Redmond (Redmond, WA). The Vikings record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Mount Vernon Christian drops to 6-8 on the campaign. The Hurricanes host LaConner (LaConner, WA) to clash with the Braves in a 1B/2B Northwest bout on Tuesday, November 5. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 11-8.
