October 25, 2025: Ranger, TX 76470 The Baird Bears ran past the host Ranger Bulldogs football squad by a count of 58-33 in Saturday's league test.
The Bears now hold a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Gordon for a 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 13 (6 Man) test on Friday, October 31. Baird will meet a Longhorns squad coming off a 64-0 league win over Ranger (Ranger, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 7-0.
With the defeat, Ranger drops to 3-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Gorman (Gorman, TX) to face the Panthers in a 1A 6 Man 1 Region IV District 13 (6 Man) challenge on Friday, October 31. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 3-5. Gorman won 45-0 in their recent league challenge against Lingleville (Lingleville, TX)
