New York High School Football - Herricks/Wheatley wallops Uniondale
October 25, 2025: Uniondale, NY 11553 The Herricks/Wheatley football team scored 46 points and restricted the host Uniondale Knights to 7 in the league win on Saturday.
In their next game, the face the Massapequa Chiefs (Massapequa, NY) in a Section 8 Conference I challenge, on Saturday, November 1. Herricks/Wheatley will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Chiefs go into the challenge with a 7-0 record after their 42-7 league win over Syosset (Syosset, NY).
The Knights (1-6) will now prepare for their test against Freeport (Freeport, NY). The Red Devils come into the Section 8 Conference I test with a 2-5 record. In their last test, Freeport was overwhelmed by Oceanside (Oceanside, NY), 42-18, in a league test.
