Louisiana High School Volleyball - South Terrebonne overwhelmed by Highland Baptist Christian
October 25, 2025: Bourg, LA 70343 Highland Baptist Christian Bears (New Iberia, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host South Terrebonne Gators (Bourg, LA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Highland Baptist Christian improves its record to 16-13 on the season. The Bears travel to Cecilia (Cecilia, LA) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league challenge on Monday, October 27. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a record of 7-21.
Next, the Gators play the Academy of Our Lady Penguins (Marrero, LA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 28. South Terrebonne will attempt to advance on its 14-15 season record. The Penguins go into the game with a 31-4 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Central Lafourche (Raceland, LA).
