Louisiana High School Volleyball - St. Thomas Aquinas edged by Pope John Paul II
October 25, 2025: Hammond, LA 70401 Pope John Paul II Jaguars (Slidell, LA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team tip the host St. Thomas Aquinas Falcons (Hammond, LA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
The Jaguars (17-12) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Amant (St. Amant, LA). The Gators come into the non-league challenge with a 20-12 record. In their last challenge, St. Amant edged Lutcher (Lutcher, LA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Falcons meet the Covington Lions (Covington, LA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 25. St. Thomas Aquinas will attempt to advance on its 16-9 season record. The Lions go into the test with a 8-21 record after their 3-0 league loss to Ponchatoula (Ponchatoula, LA).
