October 26, 2022: Fayetteville, GA 30214 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league match between the Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA) and the host Whitewater Wildcats (Fayetteville, GA), saw Walnut Grove's softball squad nip Whitewater by a count of 2-1.
The Warriors now sport a 23-11 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Laurens for a non-league match on Thursday, October 27. Walnut Grove will face a Raiders squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Heritage (Ringgold, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 27-3.
With the loss, Whitewater falls to 30-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Heritage (Ringgold, GA) to face the Generals in a non-league match on Thursday, October 27. The Generals enter the match with a record of 22-7. Heritage lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against West Laurens (Dexter, GA)
